Refund policy

At Mumma’s Cuisine, we deal in freeze-dried and packaged food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Return Policy

As orders are shipped from India and involve consumable food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped or delivered.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Orders once delivered cannot be returned.

Returns will only be considered in case the product is received in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.

If a customer wishes to send any product back without prior approval, the shipping charges for return shall be borne entirely by the customer. Mumma’s Cuisine will not reimburse any return shipping charges.

Upon receiving a returned product (if approved), our team will inspect the item. If the product is not found to be genuinely damaged or defective, no refund will be processed.

The decision of Mumma’s Cuisine management shall be final in all matters relating to returns and refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued by Mumma’s Cuisine unless products are received in damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.

If a customer receives a product in damaged condition, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video showing the damage
  • Email the evidence to mummascuisine.food@gmail.com

Upon receiving the complaint and evidence, Team Mumma’s Cuisine reserves the right to verify and determine whether the product was damaged during transit.

Once verified as damaged and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 7 working days from confirmation of verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer after collecting valid bank account details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will strictly not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • If the product is returned without original packaging
  • If the customer does not like the taste of the product
  • If the product is prepared incorrectly or not as per instructions mentioned on the packaging
  • If incorrect delivery information was provided
  • If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

Important Note

Since we deal in food products, minor variations in texture, color, or packaging do not qualify as defects.
