Shipping policy

At Mumma’s Cuisine, we usually process and ship orders within 2 working days after receiving confirmation of the order and payment.

We aim to deliver the products within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner services.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is approved as per our Return & Refund Policy, customers will be responsible for paying their own return shipping charges. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Mumma’s Cuisine shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
